  The machine is used to send the circuit board to be welded from the plug-in line to the full-automatic wave crest tin welding machine, featured with automation, synchronization and duty-free. 1 Length of the machine is 0.9M. 2 Height of the working surface is 750±20mm-950±20mm, and adjustment foot and adjusting body are used to adjust the height. 3 Aluminum section material of model HB101 is used as chain guide rail, the dynamic guide rail is used to adjust width of the structure by the width adjusting structure with range of adjusting 5-300mm. 4 The stainless steel nylon chain is used as conveyance media. With automatic transitional structure and timing gear reduction motor manufactured by Sino-US joint venture, it moves the circuit board at the speed of 0.2-2.1m/min and sends it to the full-automatic wave crest tin welding machine. 5 Appearance processing: static plastic spraying is employed for sheet metal products, frame, working table and etc.6 Specifications
